Charles Tvrdik (May 9, 1903 – November 10, 1962) was a Democratic politician from Omaha who served in the Nebraska Senate and the Unicameral Nebraska Legislature. At 22 years, he was the longest-serving original member of the unicameral. He served as Speaker of the Legislature from 1953-1955. He was defeated for re-election in 1958 and again in 1960 by William R. Skarda Jr..
